Overview
Online orders are processed Monday to Friday. Deliveries are dispatched within 48 hours from the point we receive full payment. Payment will be taken at the time of ordering and no deliveries are dispatched unless payment is received in full.
Orders are delivered with carriers such as Canada Post, TNT, UPS or our preferred Freight Forwarders depending on your item(s) and delivery address. Our carriers are required to obtain a signature upon delivery. Please note, sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.
Please specify any special delivery instructions in the “notes” box during checkout. Some orders may be divided into multiple deliveries for special circumstances. Lead-times may vary on products that are on back-order.
In the event that any item is unavailable, Örling & Wu reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value than the original, or issue a refund for the product.
Delivery within Canada
Collect from Store
Orders can be collected from our store located at 28 Water Street, Vancouver, BC. Please note, we require 48 hours notice for collection.
Standard Delivery
We will deliver your order directly to the provided delivery address. Products that are in-stock will normally be delivered within 2-7 business days.
Remote Delivery
We deliver to Yukon, Nunavut, Northwest Territories, and other remote regions in Canada. Prior to placing an online order please contact us to obtain a delivery quote. Additional fees may apply for remote delivery.
Delivery to United States
Standard & Express Delivery
We will deliver your order directly to the provided delivery address. Products that are in-stock will normally be delivered within 3-12 business days.
Freight Delivery
Some items will require special handling by freight forwarders due to large size and heavy weight. The freight forwarder will contact you between1-2 days prior to delivery via telephone to schedule a delivery appointment. You will need to be present to sign for the goods.
Upon receipt of your order you are required to inspect the packaging/goods and indicate on the paperwork if there is any visible damage. If the damage(s) appears severe, you may choose to refuse delivery of the goods. Please note: customers will be responsible for delivery costs on Freight Delivery returns that are deemed not damaged.
Additional charges may occur under extraordinary shipping/delivery circumstances.

Delivery Lead-Time
We make every effort to ensure that your order reaches you in a timely manner. Certain articles are already in-stock while others are shipped directly from the supplier. In-stock items will normally be delivered with 2-7 business days, whilst items delivered directly from the supplier with take 7-16 business days.
Export Delivery
Örling & Wu delivers to other international locations. Prior to placing an online order please contact us to obtain a shipping quote. Please note: we do not charge sales taxes on International online or phone orders. Although, you are responsible for paying import duties and local sales taxes in your country.
Made-to-Order
Örling & Wu is proud to provide custom order services. Made-to-order articles are shipped directly from the manufacturer and delivery lead-times can range anywhere from 1 to 16 weeks. A custom made article is non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable. Custom upholstered furniture is considered a custom order. Refunds, Returns and Breakages:
It is the policy of Örling & Wu to ensure that all goods are supplied to our customers in good condition and that every possible precaution is taken to protect the integrity of the product sold. To this end, we are unable to exchange custom order products, personalised items or items worn on the body that may have come into contact with the person. This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Refunds will only be given for faulty or damaged goods. Please return the item(s) with proof of purchase. (Refunds will only be credited with the same payment method as the original purchase).
To ensure quick and efficient refunds and exchanges, online order items need to be sent back to us at 28 Water Street, Vancouver, BC, Canada.
Back-Orders
We make every effort to display the most current and accurate product inventory information. If an item is not yet in stock, but we are anticipating further supplies we will contact you to let you know. We can put you onto back order. This means that when your chosen item comes into stock, we will send it on to you.
Errors
There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise. We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions, modify, or substitute products at any time without notice.
