Returns Policy

We will refund or exchange any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of the item being delivered to your nominated address. Please return items in their original condition, unused, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition, with any labels still attached. Please do re-use the delivery packaging provided. Once we have received the item(s) a refund will be issued in the original tender type. A credit note or gift card will be issued in the event that proof of purchase cannot be located.

Please note:

•  Return shipping and re-shipping will be at the customer’s expense.

•  We do not accept returns or exchanges on promotional or sale items.

•  We cannot refund or exchange personalised, intimate, perishable or time critical goods.

•  For hygiene reasons we do not accept the return of: beauty items including toiletries, cosmetics, and pierced jewellery.

•  We cannot refund Gift Cards.

In-store returns

You can also return products to our store. Please ensure that you bring the original delivery note with you as proof of purchase.

Please note that your return costs will not be reimbursed. Postage or other return costs will be your responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

You must ensure that you return the original undamaged packaging along with the item/s you are unhappy with. The goods must be returned in a saleable condition. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned before deciding whether to make a refund.

Please note: Custom and Special Orders require 100% payment in advance and are non-refundable after 24 hours from point of order. All Custom and Special Orders are not returnable.
